One product for both — the Gege Bear Hydrating Gel Lip and Cheek Cream is a high-shine jelly-gel texture that applies to both lips and cheeks from a 4.8 cm round compact. Press a fingertip into the gel, transfer to the lip or cheekbone, and blend — it deposits a translucent wash of colour with the same glassy finish in both zones. Seven shades from a clear ice shimmer to a deep cherry wine, with shade 00 adding borosilicate flash to the base formula.

• One formula, two zones — The mineral oil and polyisobutene base creates a gel that blends over skin and onto lips with equal ease. Applied to the cheek it softens and sheers out; on the lip it stays put as a glossy, hydrating colour. No formulation compromise between the two uses.
• Hydroxystearic acid gel texture — The formula's characteristic pudding-like, press-able texture comes from Hydroxystearic Acid at 2% — a fatty acid structurant that holds the liquid formula in a semi-solid gel state that releases on skin contact and blends without streaking.
• Shade 00 — the ice shimmer — The base shimmer is built from Synthetic Fluorphlogopite (synthetic mica) and Calcium Aluminum Borosilicate (borosilicate flash pigment), giving shade 00 a multidirectional, liquid-light shimmer that works as a highlight on cheekbones and a glass-lip topper.
